Seacoast Bank Celebration Run
The Seacoast Bank Celebration Run is the first race of the 2026-2027 Jacksonville Grand Prix season. The event includes a main 5K and a 1-mile fun run and provides moisture-wicking shirts to participants.

All 5K finishers receive a custom designed medal and all 1-mile finishers receive a fun run finisher medal. Prize money for the top three overall is $200, $150, and $100, with a first masters prize of $50. Age-group awards are presented three deep across five-year categories and winners also receive a watermelon. Prize money double dipping is allowed.
The USATF certified 5K course is described as very flat, with only a few turns and substantial shade in the second half. The finish area is located behind 1st Place Sports on San Jose Park Drive. Parking is available in lots surrounding 1st Place Sports.
After the race there is a Watermelon Festival with watermelon, electrolyte popsicles, bananas, other refreshments, prize drawings, and a watermelon eating contest before awards. Flags are supplied at the starting line for participants who wish to carry an American flag.
Proceeds support high school cross country and track programs in Duval County, a summer camp scholarship program, and the construction of a new three-mile running trail in the old Sunbeam Landfill in Mandarin.
