CELEBRATE LIFE RUN : Santa Ynez, CA
The CELEBRATE LIFE RUN takes place on February 21, 2026 at Believe Ranch and Rescue in Santa Ynez, CA. The event includes an in-person 5K and a Virtual 5K. Proceeds benefit Believe Ranch and Rescue; the organizer states that 100% of proceeds will be allocated to the rescue and that race fees are tax deductible. The run was created by a two-time world champion triathlete and her partner to mark a personal recovery milestone and to support people and rescued horses.

The course begins and ends at Believe Ranch and Rescue and is described as running through the Santa Ynez countryside. All in-person finishers receive medals. Awards will be given to top finishers and spot prizes are listed from Rudy Project, HyperIce and F2C. On-site activities include meeting the hosts and rescue horses, horse rides, and local artisan pop-ups offering coffee, baked goods, wine and spirits, and arts and crafts. Short sleeve dry-fit tech shirts are available for purchase through registration for in-person pickup; virtual participants can purchase shirts via a forthcoming link. A 5K map is noted as coming soon. The event will take place rain or shine. Registration fee schedule for the in-person 5K is listed in stages: $40 through 8/31, $50 through 12/31, $60 through 2/20, and $70 on race day.
