Celebrate Life 5K
This event takes place at the Johnson Family YMCA in Jacksonville, Florida. It is the 19th annual edition.
Participants can choose from three events:
- A 5K Run
- A 5K Walk
- A 1-Mile Fun Run
The 5K events are priced at $25 per person, with a price increase after March 18, 2026. Race day registration increases to $30 per person. There is a separate entry fee for the 1-Mile Fun Run, which is $10 per person. However, participants registered for the 5K can join the Fun Run at no additional charge with their children or grandchildren.
The event offers family pricing for groups of 3-5 people and team discounts for groups of 3-10 people. Online registration closes on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
All participants receive an earth-friendly, sustainable medal. Gift cards are awarded to the first, second, and third-place finishers in the age 18+ category.
The event is organized to support the Johnson Family YMCA and its community programs for youth on the north side of Jacksonville, including day camps, youth sports, and after-school activities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
