Cedar Park Run Mile Challenge (Fall 2026)
The Cedar Park Run Mile Challenge is a five-week series of one-mile runs held on Sundays in fall 2026 at Elizabeth Milburn Park, 1901 Sunchase Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613. The series takes place across five dates: November 1, November 8, November 15, November 22, and December 6, 2026.
The event is organized by Fit Foundation in partnership with Healthy Kids Running Series Cedar Park. It is open to adults 18 and older and welcomes runners, walkers, stroller pushers, HKRS parents, and neighborhood participants. HKRS families have a special family rate and must have HKRS registration to qualify.
Participants receive event race gear and timed results. A finisher medal is awarded to participants who complete at least three weeks of the series. The series uses chip timing and offers weekly progress tracking, season awards, and a standard race setup with start and finish lines. The event emphasizes measurable progress over the five weeks and a community atmosphere.
Registration is offered for single races and for the full five-week series; a family rate is available for HKRS participants. Proceeds support HKRS Cedar Park youth running programs, including equipment, facility fees, and program development. HKRS Cedar Park is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and provides registration assistance to help make programs accessible to children with limited financial resources.
