Cedar Park Run: Mile Challenge & 5K (Spring Edition)

The Cedar Park Run: Mile Challenge & 5K (Spring Edition) is a five-week running and walking series held on Sundays from late April through May. The event takes place at Elizabeth Milburn Park in Cedar Park, Texas.

The event features two main options: a one-mile race and a 5K. These are offered both as a single event per week or as a full five-week series. A special discounted rate is available for families already participating in the concurrent Healthy Kids Running Series at the same park.

Participating in the series includes a race t-shirt and a finisher medal awarded after completing three weeks. The races are chip-timed, allowing participants to track their progress weekly. The event schedule is designed so that participants are typically finished by 5:00 PM.

The event is presented by the Fit Foundation and is run in partnership with the Healthy Kids Running Series. A portion of the registration fees supports the local youth running program, helping with facility costs and providing registration assistance for families. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
