Kidney Wales CDF 10K - Cardiff
The Kidney Wales CDF 10K is a road race through central Cardiff. The event provides a route that highlights several city landmarks and parklands and has been revived to allow large numbers of runners to compete in the city centre.
The course passes Cardiff Castle and the Principality Stadium, crosses the River Taff, and heads toward the suburb of Pontcanna. It goes through the grade 2 listed parkland of Llandaff and Pontcanna Fields and then past Sophia Gardens, the home of Welsh cricket. The race concludes with a grandstand finish at the Edwardian Civic Centre.
