CCSF Color Rush
The CCSF Color Rush is a community event held in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, to support the Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund. This annual gathering marks the beginning of summer while honoring the achievements of local students and teachers. The event takes place at Centennial Park with activities centered around the gazebo.
The course is a 1 mile loop around the park. Participants can choose to run or walk the route, which features four distinct color stations. A final rush to the color finish line completes the course. This is a non-timed fun run, allowing participants to move at their own pace through the colorful environment.
In addition to the run, the event offers several park activities:
- Outdoor games and contests with prizes
- A gigantic bubble making area
- Free face painting
- Henna artist services for an additional cost
- A photo backdrop for pictures
- A post-race contest for the most colorful participant
Attendees can also stay after the event for a picnic in the park, where food and beverages are available for purchase. Packet pick-up is held on the day of the event at the park. Registration includes a T-shirt if completed by the specified early deadline. All proceeds benefit the Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to graduating seniors in the community.
