CBTE The Charm Bracelet 10k
The CBTE The Charm Bracelet 10k is a trail running event located on the North East coastline of the United Kingdom. Despite the name, the course measures 7.4 miles and involves approximately 890 ft of total elevation. The event is open to both runners and walkers, with a maximum time limit of 2.5 hours provided to complete the distance.
The route begins and ends at the Skinningrove Community Centre in the fishing village of Skinningrove. Participants follow a path that ascends onto the cliffs via the Cleveland Way, leading to the Charm Bracelet landmark. From there, the course descends into Saltburn, where it completes a small loop before returning to the start line in Skinningrove using the same coastal path.
Participants have access to a checkpoint in Saltburn that provides water and snacks. The entry fee includes a finishers medal for those who complete the course. Trophies are awarded across several categories, including:
- 7.4 miles primary distance
- Overall winners for male, female, and non-binary categories
- Age category awards for Under 18s
- Age category awards for Veterans aged 50, 60, and 70
Registration takes place at the community centre on the morning of the event. The minimum age for entry is 15 years old. The event infrastructure includes digital entry management and an optional refund protection service. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
