Cavalier 5K & 1K - Potomac, MD

The Cavalier event on May 30, 2026 takes place at The Heights campus, located at 10400 Seven Locks Rd, Potomac, MD 20854. The 5K begins and ends on campus; the 1K is entirely on campus.

The races are open to Heights alumni, parents, students, and their family and friends. Registration opens February 9 and closes May 30. Fees listed for the events are $25.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the 1K. Multi-person pricing is available at $65 for three or more registrants. All runners must be registered; registering by May 15 is required to receive an official shirt. Registration includes participation in the timed race, an official shirt, and access to the cookout following the races. Non-runners may attend to cheer and join the cookout.
