Cavalier 5K

The Cavalier 5K takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026. The event is held at The Heights in Potomac, Maryland, at 10400 Seven Locks Road. It offers two distances:

1K

The 5K starts and finishes on the campus of The Heights. The 1K is run entirely on campus.

Registration is open to Heights alumni, parents, and students, as well as their family and friends. Registration includes a timed race, an official event shirt, and a post-race cookout.

A multi-person pricing option is available for three or more registrants at a cost of $65. Non-runners are welcome to attend as spectators and join the cookout. Volunteer opportunities are also available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
