Catch Me If You Can 5K
The Catch Me If You Can 5K takes place May 16–17, 2026 in Bel Air, Maryland. The event is based at the Ma & Pa Trail on Williams Street and includes in-person and virtual options.
The race is hosted by Orangetheory Fitness Bel Air South and White Marsh for its fourth annual edition. Orangetheory coaches and crew will be present to lead and support participants. The event welcomes running, walking, and jogging; participation is open to nonmembers as well as Orangetheory members.

All participants receive an Orangetheory Catch Me If You Can 5K unisex cotton blend t-shirt, a goodie bag, and one complimentary drink ticket redeemable at Independent Brewing Company. The event also features door prizes, fitness challenges, games, and giveaways. Cash prizes are offered to the top three male and top three female overall finishers. Awards are given to the top three finishers in multiple age groups from 14 and under through 80 and over.
