A thunder policy sets thresholds for delays and cancellations: thunder during a specific early-evening window may cause a 30-minute delay, while thunder later or during the race leads to cancellation. If a race is canceled for weather, single-night entries may be transferred by contacting the organizer.
Race night procedures include bib pickup between 3:00 and 5:45pm; bibs are required and must be visible. Single-night bibs are reassigned each week and should not be reused. Runners who start but do not finish should check in at the tent so staff can confirm safety. Water refill is available near the bike wash.
