20th Annual Cat Caper 5K - Westerville, OH
The 20th Annual Cat Caper 5K takes place on Sunday, September 13, 2026. It is a walk/run event benefiting the Cat Welfare Association, held at the Westerville Sports Complex, 325 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43082. The course is described as flat, paved and scenic, with on-site parking. Registration opens March 23, 2026. Group registration of five or more for the 5K receives a $5 discount per person when registered in the same cart. Early packet pick-up is available at Road Runner Sports, 535 Lakeview Plaza Blvd, Worthington, OH 43085.

All runners and walkers receive a medal at the finish. Awards will be presented to top finishers in each event. Swag bags include a custom t-shirt, one raffle ticket, and sponsor coupons. Post-race features include food trucks, vendors, CWA catnip pillows, and a raffle; raffle proceeds benefit Cat Welfare. Dogs on leashes and strollers are permitted. Donations of canned PURINA cat food earn one free raffle ticket per can. Raffle tickets are available for purchase; cash and Venmo are accepted.
