20th Annual Cat Caper 5K
The event is a community walk and run benefiting the Cat Welfare Association, held at the Westerville Sports Complex, 325 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43082. The venue includes parking and a course that is described as flat, paved, and scenic. The site also provides space for a Cat Caper 5K raffle.
The program on September 13, 2026 includes multiple participatory options:
- 5K run
- 5K walker
- 100 yard kids run
- Virtual Cat Napper option
Registration details vary by event. Registration for the 5K run and the 5K walker opens January 8, 2026 and closes April 30, 2026; the kids run and virtual option have later registration closing dates. Entry fees listed by the organizer include $35 for the 5K events, $10 for the kids run, and $30 for the Cat Napper virtual entry. For groups of five or more registering together in the same cart for the 5K run or 5K walk, each registrant receives a five dollar discount applied at checkout.
