Cholmondeley Castle Multisport Event
The Cholmondeley Castle Multisport Event is a two‑day festival held on 20 to 21 June 2026 within the estate at Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire. The event takes place across the castle grounds and surrounding parkland, which extend to around 500 acres, and uses Deer Park Mere for open water swimming. Tower Hill is the highest point on the run routes and offers views across the Beeston and Peckforton Hills.
Multiple race disciplines are offered, including triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, open water swim races and road and trail runs. The programme includes junior categories and a Mixed Team Relay. The weekend features a festival village with live music, shopping, food and drink, children’s entertainment and yoga. Photographers are positioned around the course, finish line, prize giving and event village and official digital photos are available to pre‑order. Podium presentations take place for all races and all participants receive a medal that can be personalised with name and finish time.
This is a British Triathlon permitted event. Participants in triathlon or multisport races must hold the appropriate British Triathlon membership or purchase a single use race pass. There is a family campsite in the castle grounds with pitches starting at £30.
