Cassie Hines Shoes Cancer Foundation 15th Annual Glow Run
The event is an outdoor evening run/walk on Saturday, September 12, 2026, based at UWM Field in Utica. The course travels primarily through River Bends Park and returns to finish at UWM Field. The event takes place the same night as a playoff game at UWM Field; parking may be in higher demand and part of Auburn Road may be closed by police for participant safety.
Distances offered:
- 5K Run/Walk - 3.1 Miles
- 1 Mile Fun Run - 1 Mile, untimed, inside the ballpark on laps around the warning track
Registration fees are listed for each event: $45 for the 5K and $30 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. Early packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Hanson’s Running Shop, 8409 Hall Road, Utica, MI 48317, from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Event day check-in is available at UWM Field starting at 5:00pm. Registrations completed by August 28, 2026 at 11:59pm EST are eligible to receive an event shirt; registrations after that date will not receive a shirt.
Spectators attending only to watch the run/walk can obtain a complimentary ticket at the box office for access to the left field pavilion area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
