The Mother's Day 5K is a running event scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2026. It takes place at Parkway Christian School in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Event Details
The event is described as an all-ages celebration for Mother's Day weekend. Participants who register by May 1, 2025, are guaranteed a race day t-shirt. Post-run refreshments will be available.
Awards are given for the 5K distance. These include overall awards for the top male and female finishers, as well as awards for the top male and female finisher in each of the following age groups: 0-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
A student discount is available for participants aged 0-18 years, reducing the registration price to $20 for both the 5K and the 1 Mile Fun Run. During the event, there will be a fun Mother's Day craft activity for kids to make while a parent is running. Mother's Day flowers will also be for sale.
