6th Annual Cassidy Otto Stomp Out Cancer 5K Run
The Cassidy Otto Stomp Out Cancer 5K Run is a community sports event held at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This annual event features a chip-timed 3.1 mile course. The route includes a water station along the path, and additional water is available at the start and finish lines. The event offers several participation options:

- Kids Fun Run (7 & Under)
Following the 5K, a designated Kids Fun Run takes place for children aged seven and under. Participants who register by late March are guaranteed a race shirt, while subsequent registrants may receive them based on remaining supplies.
The event concludes with an international-themed family fun festival. This post-race gathering includes live music, activities for children, and a selection of food from around the world. A silent auction is also held during the festival, featuring artwork from Cassidy Otto's sketchbooks. Additionally, the Moffitt Cancer Center provides free screenings for head, neck, and skin cancer on-site.
Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners of the 5K. Recognition is also given to the top three finishers in both male and female categories across five-year age groups, ranging from 9 and under to 70 and over. Proceeds from the event support organizations such as the Cassidy Otto Stomp Out Cancer Foundation, the Children’s Cancer Center, and the Moffitt Cancer Center.
