Cassidy Otto Stomp Out Cancer 5K Run
The Cassidy Otto Stomp Out Cancer 5K Run takes place on April 12, 2026, at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The event features a chip timed 3.1 mile 5K course, a virtual 5K option, and a kids fun run for children age 7 and under. The course includes a water station and water will be available at the start and finish.
A post-race, international themed family festival follows the run. The festival includes activities for children, international food, live music, and a silent auction. A medical partner will offer free head and neck and skin cancer screenings during the festival. Proceeds support the Cassidy Otto Stomp Out Cancer Foundation, the Children’s Cancer Center, Moffitt Cancer Center, and other local initiatives.

Awards are given to overall male and female finishers and three deep by five year age groups starting at 9 and under and extending through 70 and older. Registrations are non refundable.
