Event overview
The 29th Annual Casey's 5K/Fun Run & KISD Family Health Expo takes place on March 7, 2026, at Bear Creek Park, 400 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. The event is organized by the Keller Council of PTAs and Keller ISD to support the Casey's Kids program, which supplies clothing, essentials, backpacks, and school supplies to Keller ISD students. The program began after a Keller ISD counselor identified a student missing school because of a lack of clothing and was adopted by the Keller Council of PTAs in 1997.

Logistics and awards
Packet pick up details are listed as TBD; event day packet pick up will take place at Bear Creek Park. T-shirts are available only during packet pick up and race day; registrations after 2/15/2026 receive shirts while supplies last. Parking at the park is limited; a free shuttle is provided from Bear Creek Intermediate School, 801 Bear Creek Parkway.
Finisher medals are given to 5K runners only as they complete the race. The event includes on-stage entertainment and an awards ceremony for the 5K. Awards are given to the Overall and Masters (40+) male and female winners, and to the top three finishers in these age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
Schools are recognized for highest registration rate and for fundraising per enrollment; fundraising is handled through local PTAs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
