Course and facilities
Races use a 5 mile lapped course through Rabbit Ings Country Park. Each loop includes one short, steep climb with views over the local countryside. Feed stations are normally placed around every three miles and offer drinks and a range of food; entrants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. GPX route files are available for download and not every corner or junction will be marshalled. Large over-ear headphones are banned; bone conduction or single-ear in-ear use is permitted.
