Carry Forward 5K : Nashville
Carry Forward 5K in Nashville is a fundraising 5 km event for the Wounded Warrior Project that takes place on October 10, 2026 at GEODIS Park. The event supports Wounded Warrior Project’s mission to honor and empower wounded warriors; funds raised support programs, connection, and support services.
Participants may walk, jog, or run. The event offers three optional ways to show support: carry a flag to show patriotism, carry a weight to represent responsibilities veterans bear while serving, or carry another person to symbolize one warrior supporting another.
Registration is available for individuals and squads with published fees: adults $45 through March 31 and $55 from April 1 through event day; $25 for children ages 6 to 17; free for children 5 and under. Registered Wounded Warrior Project warriors, veterans, and active duty military are eligible for promotional rates.
Participants can customize fundraising pages and use the Carry Forward 5K app on Apple and Android devices. Participant kits distributed during event week include an event T-shirt, drawstring bag, bib, and additional items; registered children receive a race bib only. Medals are available at the finish line.
