Carry Forward 5K - Nashville
The Carry Forward 5K in Nashville is a fundraising event for Wounded Warrior Project on October 10, 2026 at GEODIS Park. The event supports Wounded Warrior Project's mission to honor and empower wounded warriors; funds raised support programs, connection, and related services.
Participants can walk, jog, or run the 5K. There are three optional ways to show support: Flag to carry a flag, Fitness to carry a weight that represents responsibilities veterans bear, and Fierce to carry another person to symbolize one warrior supporting another.
Registration is available for individuals or squads. Fee structure listed for the event is $45 for adults through March 31 and $55 for adults from April 1 through event day. Youth pricing is $25 for ages 6 to 17 and free for children 5 and under. Registered WWP warriors, veterans, and active duty military may be eligible for promotional rates.
Fundraising tools include customizable pages and a dedicated Carry Forward 5K app available on Apple and Android devices. Participant kits are distributed the week of the event and include an event T-shirt, drawstring bag, bib, and other items; registered children receive a race bib only. All medals are available at the finish line.
