Logistics and safety

Mandatory Level B kit must be carried and brought to the race: waterproof jacket; hat or buff; gloves; whistle; charged mobile phone with emergency number stored; and a foil blanket, bivvy bag or equivalent. The exact kit to be carried during the race may be finalised on the day depending on conditions. Failure to have required items may lead to denied entry or disqualification and random kit checks may be carried out.

Parking is not at the summer venue. Recommended parking locations are Glenealy Community Hall, the small carpark opposite the Catholic church, or on the road up to the right after crossing the railway behind the church. Organisers ask that the main street of the village is not blocked. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
