The course uses smooth, well-maintained trails with marked routes and staffed aid stations. Registration includes a custom race hoodie, separate day and evening medals that connect into one medal for double entrants, live results, race photography, and post-race food and drinks. The event awards points toward Trivium Racing series and Club Cup standings.

Refund and transfer rules: no refunds within 30 days of the event; requests more than 30 days before the event may receive a 50% refund of the entry fee (processing fees excluded). Entries can be transferred to another individual for a $5 fee; entries cannot be deferred to another event or year and t-shirt sizes cannot be changed.
