Carnival Frolic 13.1 Run
Carnival Frolic 13.1 is an annual 13.1 mile run held in downtown Decatur, Alabama as part of the Carnegie Carnival. The run is scheduled on the same day as the Carnival, allowing participants to take part in day long family events and the evening parade that conclude the celebration.
Carnegie Carnival is a Mardi Gras style celebration created to promote art, creativity, family fun, and downtown revitalization.
