Course support varies by distance. The 30k and 60k courses include five fully serviced aid stations, with one station visited twice per loop at Lemon Ridge. The 10k and 20k courses have two fully serviced aid stations including the start/finish. The 5k has no on-course aid stations and only access at the start and finish; runners should carry sufficient water.
This is a cupless event; participants should bring their own cup, water bottle, or hydration reservoir. Pacers are permitted for 60k runners on the second lap only; pacers must register, start and end at the Race Hub, pay a $10 event fee on arrival, and accompany only one runner at a time.
