Captain Jack's Treasure Run
Captain Jack's Treasure Run is a pirate-themed athletic event held in Redmond, Washington. The event takes place in late October and encourages participants to wear costumes as a celebration leading up to Halloween. This running event has been organized annually for eight years.
Participants can choose from three main distances on the course:
- 5K
- 8K
- 12K
A specific race for children is also included in the event schedule. All registered runners receive a race bib and have their performance recorded via chip timing. Each participant who completes their chosen distance is provided with a finisher's medal and a specific Captain Jack's race shirt.
The event is situated at 15670 NE 85th St in Redmond. Registration for the various distances is open to the public with set fees for each category.
