Canyon to Coast at Island 22 Regional Park, Chilliwack
The event is held at Island 22 Regional Park in Chilliwack, BC and follows the Canyon to Coast Trail alongside the Fraser River. Routes mix wide urban-style trails and farm roads and offer views of the Cheam Mountain range and the Cascade range.

The marathon, 21 km and 11 km are out-and-back courses; the 4 km route is a loop inside Island 22. The course is mainly flat; the marathon has about 250 m total elevation change, the 21 km about 140 m, and the 11 km about 100 m. Aid stations are provided (marathon 5 stations, 21 km 3 stations, 11 km 1 station) and toilets are available at each aid station. Typical aid station supplies include electrolyte drink mix, water, fruit and light snacks.
Registration includes a $5 donation to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and a finisher medal for all participants. Prizes are awarded to the top three overall at each distance. Timing is recorded but the event is not chip-timed; results are shared after the event. A virtual option is available with participant packages mailed in advance. The event notes a participant limit (200 spots indicated), limited parking at the park, and a cupless policy requiring reusable cups at aid stations.
