Event overview
The Canyon to Coast event is hosted at Island 22 Regional Park in Chilliwack, BC. It supports the Dolly Parton Imagination Library; each local registration includes a CA$5 donation. All participants receive a finisher’s medal. The event offers both an on-site race day and virtual options with event packages mailed to virtual participants before the event. The event features aid stations, finish-line food, draw prizes from sponsors, and a family reading picnic area.

Course and logistics
All routes start and finish at Island 22 Regional Park, Main Beach Area. Routes are mainly flat and combine urban dike trails and farm roads, running alongside the Fraser River with views of the Cheam Mountain Range and the Cascade range. The marathon is an out-and-back to the Agassiz Bridge; the 21 km and 11 km are out-and-back; the 4 km loops within the park on wide gravel paths. Reported elevation changes: 42 km about 250 m, 21 km about 140 m, 11 km about 100 m. Aid stations are located at set kilometre points and include water, electrolyte drink mix and snacks; toilets are available at aid stations. The event is cupless - participants must carry a reusable cup. Parking is limited and carpooling is encouraged. Trail users should share paths with walkers, cyclists and horses; dogs must be on leash except in designated off-leash areas and may not run with participants.
