The virtual race includes a mailed packet with shirt and medal; packets for virtual participants ship the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos. The event has a no-refund policy and proceeds in most weather; cancellation may occur for venue requirements or unsafe ice conditions, in which case participants would be transferred to the virtual option.
