Campwannarun Half, 11K and 5K
Campwannarun is a certified spring road race held around Bald Eagle Lake in White Bear Township, Minnesota. The event offers three distances: a half marathon, an 11K, and a 5K. The course is used by runners preparing for larger spring events such as Grandma’s Marathon and for establishing early corral placement at the Twin Cities Marathon.
Race day support includes aid stations approximately every 1.5 miles, portable toilets located along each route (four for the half marathon, two for the 11K, one for the 5K), and free parking near the start area. All finishers receive a custom molded finisher medal, and free professional photography is provided for participants. A pancake breakfast is included with registration when weather permits.
Shirts are optional; women’s shirts are fitted and run small while men’s shirts are generously sized. Registrations within two weeks of the event may receive shirts by mail and requested sizes are not guaranteed. Packet pick-up is conducted on race day. Age group awards are presented to the top three finishers in each age category and overall male and female winners are recognized. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
