Event overview
Camp Wannarun is a road running event held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Bald Eagle Recreational Area near Bald Eagle Lake in White Bear Township, Minnesota (5767 Hugo Road, White Bear Township, MN 55110). The event offers a certified half marathon course plus shorter distance options. The certified half marathon is presented as a training option for spring marathons and for establishing early corral placement for other marathons.

Race packet materials include a race bib, timing chip, optional event shirt, and a custom molded finisher medal. Aid stations are located approximately every 1.5 miles. Portable toilets are placed along the route: four locations for the half marathon, two for the 11k, and one for the 5k. A pancake breakfast is included in the race fee, weather permitting. A professional photographer will be on site at no additional cost. Results are provided by FrontrunnerUSA.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in age groups (19 and under; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70+). Age group winners receive ribbon awards to attach to their finisher medals; overall winners are not eligible for age group awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
