Campwannarun - Event
Campwannarun is a spring road race held around Bald Eagle Lake in White Bear Township, Minnesota on April 25, 2026. The event offers three certified distances for runners:
- 5k
- 11k
- 1/2 marathon
The half marathon course is certified. The event is positioned as a spring training race for runners preparing for larger spring marathons. All ages may participate.
Logistics and awards
Aid stations are located approximately every 1.5 miles. Portable toilets are provided on course: four locations for the half marathon, two for the 11k, and one for the 5k. Free parking is available near the start area at Bald Eagle Recreational Area, 5767 Hugo Road, White Bear Township, MN 55110. Race packets include a race bib, timing chip, and, if selected, an event shirt; all finishers receive a custom molded finisher medal. Professional race photography is provided at no additional cost. A pancake breakfast is included in the race fee when weather permits.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group (19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+).
