Camden Color Blast
The Camden Color Blast is an annual running event held in Camden, New York, organized by the Camden Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization. The event takes place at Camden Village Park and Camden Forest Park, with the primary route passing through the local forest park area. Proceeds from the race are used to fund activities and events for students at the elementary school.
Participants can choose from multiple distance options:

- Kids Fun Run
- 1 mile category
The 5 km event is an individual age group and open registration race. Children aged three and under can participate in the 5 km at no cost if accompanied by a registered parent, though they do not receive a t-shirt or color packet. Registration for this age group is completed on-site.
The event utilizes colored powders that may cause staining on hair, clothing, and other surfaces. Organizers recommend that runners wear sunglasses and consider using a bandana during the race. Individual color packets are available for purchase on the day of the event. Resource distribution for registered participants, including race bibs and packets, occurs at Camden Elementary School on the day before the run.
