There are four aid stations on the half course and two on the quarter course; the finish area also provides a drink station. Toilets are available at the start and finish with additional port-a-loos on course. Parking is provided by Hautapu Sports Club for a gold coin donation, with pedestrian access to the registration area from the sports ground.
All finishers receive a medal as they cross the line. Prizegiving acknowledges the top three male and female finishers in each event and spot prizes require presence at prizegiving. Walkers are welcome in several events but there is no separate race walking category in 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
