Call of the Wilds Mountain Fest is a trail running event held in Waterville, Pennsylvania. Distances offered include:

- 10K
The 25K course uses the Mid State, Spiked Buck, Tiadaghton, Pesto, Panther Run and Torbert trails. The 10K uses Love Run, Mid State and Panther Run trails. The 25K includes more than 5000 feet of vertical gain and the 10K has about 1000 feet of vertical. Torbert Trail is on the 25K route with about four miles remaining before the finish. Finish-line timing is provided by Falcon Timing, and food and drink are available at the event.
Course cut-offs are in place at specified mile markers to ensure a daylight finish. Organizers note these are not beginner courses. Entry is limited to 400 total runners across both distances.
