Call of the Wilds Mountain Fest takes place in Waterville, Pennsylvania, at 4205 Little Pine Creek Road. The 25K features over 5,000 feet of vertical gain and the 50K about 8,000 feet of vertical gain. Courses are described as not entry level and participants are expected to train accordingly. Course cut-offs are in place at specific mile markers to ensure a daylight finish. Torbert Trail appears in the final segment, with four miles remaining to the finish.
Registration opens on December 18, 2025. The event is limited to 400 total runners across all distances. Entry fees listed in the event information are $80 for the 25K and $95 for the 50K.
