The Cairncastle Classic Fell Race is a medium-distance fell running event held just outside Larne, Northern Ireland, with the base at Cairncastle Primary School in Ballygalley. Covering approximately 10 miles (16.2 km) with around 2,200 feet (620 meters) of climbing, the course features a challenging mix of road, farmers' tracks, fells, and coastal paths. Runners experience scenic views including the Knockdhu summit, Sallagh Braes, and the Antrim Hills, passing notable landmarks such as Ballygally Castle and filming locations from Game of Thrones.

The route is only partially marked, emphasizing navigation skills and requiring essential fell running kit.
