Caffeine Run London offers multiple race distances on a mapped route that starts and finishes at Springbank Gardens. An interactive course map displays changing elevations and includes a course video.

The half marathon is described as two times the 10K route plus 1 km. Aid stations are located at 1.5 miles, 3 miles, and 4.5 miles and will be stocked with water and Gatorade; fruit is provided at the finish. Bathroom facilities are available at the finish line.
Packet pickup is available before race day at a local pickup location and on race day at the start/finish area at Springbank Gardens, 285 Wonderland Road South, London, ON N6K 3T3. Parking is available near the start and finish; organizers encourage carpooling and public transportation.
Results and awards are provided with instant results at the finish line and no awards ceremony will be held. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Challenger Baseball London.
