About the race
The event is Round 8 of the 2026 Handicap Series, featuring a 10km race and two 5km groups (one for expected times over 45 minutes and one for expected times under 45 minutes). It takes place at Bicentennial Park Woody Point on a course made mostly of concrete paths.
Amenities at the venue include parking, a picnic table and public toilets. Organisers ask participants to pre-register by 10 October 2026 at 18:00 so race numbers can be prepared on the event iPad. Competitors should expect on-site bib collection and an opportunity to warm up before their race.
