The Cabernet Canter Cross Country 5K/10K is the eighth annual edition held at Talon Winery in Lexington, Kentucky. The event offers cross-country races over two distances at the winery grounds and includes post-race activities in the tasting room and Monarch Pavilion.

Finishers receive a finisher award and a drink ticket redeemable for one glass of Talon wine. Participants under 21 receive all parts of the finisher award except the wine ticket. The after-party features wine available for purchase and live music and runs in the Talon Winery tasting room and Monarch Pavilion until 10 p.m.
