Butch Cassidy 10K/5K : Springdale to Grafton
The Butch Cassidy 10K/5K is a road race held in Springdale, Utah, with a course that runs from Springdale to the historic town of Grafton in Zion Canyon. The 2026 edition marks the forty-third year of the event and takes place on Saturday, November 14. The start area is at the LDS Church at 1584 Zion Park Blvd, Springdale. Packet pickup is held at the Community Center at 126 Lion Blvd.
The event program includes several contests and features alongside the timed races, such as a Catch Butch competition, a selfie contest, a Butch Cassidy look-alike contest, a poker hand event, and prize awards.
Registration opens on Monday, July 24 and closes on Thursday, November 11 or when the registration cap is reached. Price tiers for the 2026 event are published for different registration periods: early early bird, early bird, full price, and a reduced rate for children 10 and under. Shirt size is not guaranteed for late registrations.
