Bury 10K
The Bury 10K is a road running event staged in partnership with Bury Council and scheduled for Sunday 20 September 2026. The course starts and finishes close to The Rock and has been held annually since its launch in 2016. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day.
Race services include chip timing, a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal. There is an option to pre order a finisher t shirt and to have the medal engraved as a memento. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will run with flags showing target finish times. Water stations on course supply 330 ml bottles and recycling bins will be available at each station.
An Event Village near the race hub provides food and drink for purchase and hosts partner charities and a Race Office. Baggage may be left in the designated Baggage Store using the tear off strip from the race number. Toilets are located around the stadium and fixed first aid stations and roaming medical personnel will be available on course and near the start and finish.
Photography is provided by MarathonPhotos and images can be purchased after the event. Results will be published in the results section of the website soon after the event. A JogOn trainer drop off is available next to the Race Office to support reuse of old trainers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
