Bulldogs On The Run 5K & Bark, Orangeburg, SC
Bulldogs On The Run 5K & Bark is held on October 24, 2026 in Orangeburg, SC. The event supports health and fitness while providing financial support to students attending South Carolina State University. The 5K follows a 3.1 mile course through the downtown area of the Garden City. The Bark is a 1.0 mile out and back route that runs along the outskirts of the 5K course. Packet pick up is available for participants and for others on their behalf. Scheduled times are Friday, October 23 (5:00pm to 7:30pm, TBD) and Saturday, October 24, 2026 (6:30am to 7:05am, TBA). All 5K participants receive a custom finisher medal at the finish. T-shirt distribution is based on registration size: registrants by October 5, 2026 receive shirts; 5K shirts are multi-blend and Bark shirts are cotton. Sizes are ordered from registration and cannot be exchanged.
The 5K will be chip timed using RM Timing Systems with disposable timing tags provided at packet pick up. A medical tent will be located at the finish line. Registration fees are non-refundable; bib transfers are permitted for a $15 fee. The event may be altered or canceled for dangerous conditions with no refunds or transfers.
