Event Details

The Bulldog Breakaway Twilight 5K is a series of evening races held on four consecutive Thursday nights in June. The events take place at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, on Willson Field.

Course

The 5K route is USATF certified. It starts and finishes on the track at The Citadel. Participants run a lap around the campus, exit through the Summerall gate, run a lap around Hampton Park, return through the same gate, and complete another campus lap before finishing on the track.

Practical Information

Parking is available near Willson Field. Race-day registration and packet pickup occur on Willson Field between 5:00 PM and 6:15 PM; the day-of-race fee is $50 and does not include a T-shirt. Water stops are provided along the course and near the finish, and restrooms are available near Willson Field. Race results are posted on the timing company's website.
