The Builder's Dash 5K supports Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity from the Rail Haus Beer Garden in Dover. Join the 5K run/walk or a competitive walking division, followed by a post race party. All participants receive a tee shirt and can compete for awards in multiple categories.

Event Details

The Builder's Dash 5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Rail Haus Beer Garden in Dover, Delaware. The event benefits the Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity.

Distances

5K Run/Walk
Competitive Walking 5K (walking only, no running or jogging allowed)

Registration is open until the event date. The entry fee is $40.00 for both the 5K Run/Walk and the Competitive Walking 5K. Bibs are non-transferable and refunds are not offered.

Amenities & Logistics

Registered participants receive a unisex tee shirt. A post-race party is held in the Rail Haus Beer Garden with refreshments and music.

The event uses chip timing via the MYLAPS BibTag system. Results are posted online during and after the race. Event photos are posted on the Races2Run Facebook page following the event.

Awards

Awards are presented in several categories. Top finisher awards (overall male/female and masters) are based on gun time. All other age group awards are based on chip time.

Top overall male and female.
Top male and female masters.
Top three males and females in 10-year age groups from 13 & under through 70 & over.
Top three male and female walkers.
