Bubble Run takes place in St. Louis, Illinois on August 15, 2026 at Arsenal BG Ballpark, 2301 Grizzlie Bear Blvd, Sauget, IL 62206. Packet pick up is scheduled for August 14 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same venue; packets not picked up day before may be reserved for Race Day for a $5.00 fee per packet, cash only.

Registration options include a Value registration that provides a race bib, a 2026 limited edition finisher medal, a post race bubble dance party, and foam stations on course. An Exclusive VIP registration includes those items plus VIP check-in, a 2026 tour T-shirt, sunglasses, a bubble wand, a Bubble Run headband, a drawstring bag, a silicone wristband, and a VIP tattoo.

Venue parking may include a card only charge of up to $20 collected by the venue. Event communications note that some venues do not handle cash and that any event-specific updates will be sent by email.

Wave starts are managed by releasing small groups every 60 to 90 seconds. Physical start order is first come first serve within assigned waves, and each participant’s heat time will fall within the hour assigned.

Bubble Run operates a Buy One & Give One program. For every registration purchased, the event donates a free registration to a local community member and partners with organizations such as Save the Children, UNICEF USA, Children International, World Vision, Feeding America, No Kid Hungry, Family Promise, Make-A-Wish, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and ChildFund International.
