Bubble Run - Miami 2026

The Bubble Run takes place at the Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Florida. This non-traditional running event is designed for participants of all ages, including children and those using strollers. Participants are encouraged to wear white t-shirts as they navigate a course of approximately 3 miles (roughly 5 km).

The course features multiple Foam Bogs, each containing different colored foam. These bogs are designed to cover participants from head to toe in frothy suds as they run, walk, dance, or play through the route. The foam used during the event is 100% safe. Staff members, referred to as Bubble-teers, are stationed throughout the course to assist with the foam distribution.

Registration is organized into specific heats. Once a heat begins, small waves of participants are released every 60 to 90 seconds. Entry into the start chute within a specific heat is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. The final wave for any given heat departs 30 minutes after the scheduled heat time.

The venue may charge a parking fee of up to $20, and participants are advised to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before their wave starts to handle check-in and parking.
