The Sealink Bruny Island Running Event takes place on Bruny Island, Tasmania, on Saturday 29 November 2025. The event includes ultra and marathon categories, solo and team relay options. Solo runners must have at least one support crew and are required to bring water to the island. Water stations are provided at 10 km, 18 km, 26 km, 33 km (Adventure Bay junction), 46 km and at each event finish. Relay legs are approximately 2 km with designated roadside changeover markers; changeovers must occur on the right-hand side beside 2 km markers. The course is open to general traffic and runners must obey rules of the road, run on the right side and follow marshal instructions. High-visibility or light-coloured clothing is required. Personal audio devices such as earpods are not permitted while running. Post-event presentations and light refreshments are held at the Bruny Island Hotel, Alonnah.
