Broussard Community Fair 5K/1 Mile Run - overview
The Broussard Community Fair 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Arceneaux Park, 835 E Main Street, Broussard, LA 70518. The course uses a new route this year. The route is described as flat and straight and passes through the middle of Downtown Broussard. Events are open to ages 1 to 100.

Standard entry fees for pre-registration are $30 for the 5K and $25 for the 1 Mile. Discounted student and faculty rates are listed for both events. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before November 15, 2025. Registration prices increase in mid-November. Race day registration is available for a higher fee and accepts cash or check.
Awards for the 1 Mile Fun Run include prizes for the top three finishers. Awards for the 5K include 1st place Overall Male and Female and 1st place in each age group: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
