Bronte Half Marathon
The Bronte Half Marathon takes place on 20 September 2026 in Bronte Country, Yorkshire, in the area between Haworth and Hebden Bridge. The event is organised by Sue Ryder and is held in support of the charity.
The route is a single-lap trail covering 13.1 miles with a hilly profile. Race headquarters are at Penistone Hill Country Park, Haworth. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs. Entry is limited to 200 places; at the time of listing there were 189 places remaining. Entry fees are listed as £17.00 for adults and under 18s, with on-the-day entry available for an additional £5.00 if the event has not sold out.
On-course facilities include water stations and toilets. There are no distance markers, no changing facilities, no showers, and no baggage store. All participants receive a pie and peas meal at the finish and a race memento provided by the event sponsor Pure Lettings Specialists of Keighley.
The race returns after a trial debut year and is scheduled on the same day as the Bronte Bike Challenge.
