Event Information
The Bromsgrove 10k and 5k for Blood Cancer UK 2026 is a running event held in memory of Marc Harris. It takes place on Sunday, 10 May 2026.
Distances and Registration
The event offers two running distances:
- 10K
- 5K (the course is noted as being just under 6k)
Online entry closes on 9 May 2026. The event is limited to 500 participants. Entry fees are £26 for the 10k and £22 for the 5k. On-the-day entry for both distances is £30. Participants must register online via Rider HQ.
Participant Information
All finishers receive a medal. Prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third male and female finishers in each event. For the 10k run, participants must be over 15 years old. For the 5k run, participants under 12 must be accompanied.
Fundraising
The event supports Blood Cancer UK. There is no minimum fundraising amount, but participants who raise over £30 prior to the event will receive a running t-shirt on the day. Fundraising can be done via a dedicated JustGiving page, or one-off donations can be made directly to the charity. All funds support life-saving blood cancer research.
