Event
The BCT - Black Country Triathletes Splash & Dash takes place on 07 Dec 2025 at Wombourne/Ounsdale Leisure Centre, Wombourne. The event combines a pool swim and a road/park run. Distances:
- 400m pool swim
- 5K out-and-back run on a disused railway line
The route is traffic free. Basic catering facilities are available on site. Prizes are awarded in Male and Female Open, Vets, and Supervets categories, with results provided on the day.
Entry and logistics
Youth entrants must be 15 by 31 Dec in the year of the event. Standard entry price shown for entries made before 01 Dec 2025 is £14. A service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies per sign-up. An entry limit of 250 places is listed and the event status is open. There is also a relay entry option; its closing date is 03 Dec 2025.
A British Triathlon Race Pass is required for participants who are not British Triathlon Home Nation members. For this event the Race Pass cost is £2.00 (plus £0.08 service charge) for participants aged 24 and under, and £8.00 (plus £0.32 service charge) for others.
