About the race
Brisbane Road Runners Club presents Summer Series Race 3 - Ingebrigtsen 3 km on Sunday 21 November 2027 at Orleigh Park, Riverside Drive, West End, QLD.
The club has operated in Brisbane since 1982 and stages road running events throughout the year, generally every second Sunday. Races use a flat, accurately measured circuit along Riverside Drive, starting from the SBSC Clubhouse at Orleigh Park. Longer race distances are run as multiple laps of that circuit.
Events run with police-approved permits and marshals positioned along the course. Electronic timing is used for lap and finish times, and a digital timing clock is located at the start/finish line. Post-race provisions include free bananas and a bring-your-own water table.
Events are open to both club members and visitors; club members do not pay entry fees. Registration opens online on the Monday before each event and closes at 7pm on the Saturday night before the race. There are no late entries and no registration on race morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
