Race bib and timing procedures are organised at the clubhouse. Members may use an existing bib or collect a new one there. Visitors and new members are issued temporary bibs that must be returned after the run. Water tables will be placed near the start/finish area and bananas are provided after the run. Toilets are available at Orleigh Park and the clubhouse. Volunteers support race operations and pack down after timing concludes.
Participants should allow time for parking and to collect race items on arrival, and should be considerate of neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
