BRIGHTON TEN
BRIGHTON TEN is a road running event held on the Brighton and Hove seafront with a start area at Black Rock Station, Madeira Drive, Brighton Marina. The event includes marked kilometres and uses coning, marshals, and clear signage to manage seafront sections. Road closures apply at the start and finish miles. The course is described as having a flat profile with a run-in beside the beach and pier.
The event offers two distances:
- 10 Mile
- 10k
Entries include a unique themed medal, chip-timed results, free race photos, and post-race goodies. An event village provides food and drink options and free partner giveaways at the finish. The organiser, RunThrough, assigns marshals to guide and manage the course and distance flags mark each kilometre.
The 2026 event supports The Sussex Beacon. The Sussex Beacon provides person-centred care and support, including dedicated services for women and families, and is evolving services towards an LGBTQ+ hospice with a specialism in HIV.
The organiser states a focus on sustainability and offers an optional event t-shirt available at a reduced price when purchased as part of the entry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
