Inflatable 5K Brighton, East Sussex
The Inflatable 5K event takes place on Saturday 13 June 2026 at East Brighton Park, Sheepcote Valley Lane, Brighton BN2 5UA. The event is an inflatable obstacle course offered over multiple distances with repeated laps of a 2.5 km circuit.
Distances available:
- 2.5 km - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5 km - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10 km - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15 km - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Each lap follows the same inflatable obstacle layout; organisers note three additional obstacles have been added for the current edition and there are five music zones on course. Obstacles listed include start mountain, the crawler, holy moly, swing shot, the vortex and others.
Participant and venue information is provided: adults are classed as 16 years and over, children 5 to 15 years must be accompanied by paying participating adults at a 3 to 1 child to adult ratio. Facilities include toilets, a midway water station, and food and drink vendors. Parking is charged at £5 per car and a bag drop is available for £3 per bag with size restrictions; bags are searched for safety. Dogs are not allowed.
