Bridge of the Gods Run 2026
The Bridge of the Gods Run is a multi-day running event in Cascade Locks centered on road races that cross the Bridge of the Gods and finish on Thunder Island. The weekend includes a Twilight 5K the evening before and a post-race gathering on Thunder Island with a beer garden, music, and an expo.
The main courses start on the Washington side of the Columbia River and proceed across the Bridge of the Gods. From the bridge the route follows the Historic Columbia River Highway State Park Trail west into the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, passing under an old growth forest canopy and crossing four bridges and creeks.
The half marathon turnaround is located west of the newest section of the Old Hwy Trail at Moffett Creek. Runners return to Cascade Locks, pass through town, enter Marine Park near the Sternwheeler, cross the bridge over the historic locks, and finish on Thunder Island.

- Half marathon, 13.1 miles
- 10K, 10 kilometers
- Twilight 5K, 5 kilometers
