Bridge of the Gods Run 2026
The Bridge of the Gods Run is a weekend running event in Cascade Locks, Oregon held August 1–2, 2026. The program includes a Twilight 5K the night before and road races that cross the Bridge of the Gods over the Columbia River.
The half marathon and 10K begin on the Washington side and take runners across the bridge with views underfoot. From the bridge the course connects to the Historic Columbia River Highway State Park Trail and heads west into the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Portions of the route pass under a shaded canopy of old growth forest and cross four bridges and creeks.
The half marathon turnaround is located near Moffett Creek on the Old Highway Trail; the return leads runners into Cascade Locks, through Marine Park near the Sternwheeler, and across the bridge that spans the historic locks to finish on Thunder Island. The finish area includes a beer garden, music and an expo on Thunder Island.

- 5 km Twilight 5K Combination race packages, race shirts, medals, bus transport, aid station support, post race food, and camping options were part of the event. Online registration reached capacity and several categories were sold out.
